Tesla (TSLA) delivered +930000 vehicles in 2021, Tesla is a BIG company now but still trading at over 350 PE,
I've been thinking a lot about EVs with all the Record breaking deliveries from $TSLA (Tesla Motors, Inc.) $NIO (Nio Inc.) $LI (Li Auto Inc) and $XPEV (XPeng Inc ADR) the 4Q of 2021. And I had two questions?
What would be the stock price of Tesla if their earnings grows 50% YoY up until 2025 and the PE only gets cut in half. - All rest remaining constant -.
What if I compare the companies based on dividing Market Cap by Delivered Cars - A very unorthodox way of comparing them but I thought it might be interesting.
𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
a. At 50% YoY and PE of 130, we might see TSLA at 2340 usd/share.
b. Right now, per each vehicle TSLA has 1.2M usd in Market Cap, NIO 578K
Tesla (TSLA) delivered +930000 vehicles in 2021, Tesla is a BIG company now but still trading at over 350 PE, with a PEG of 2.3 and a valuation per car delivered in 2021 of 1.2 million, more than double of NIO, LI and Xpeng.
On this video we'll go over the price, the margins and expected growth for long term investors. Focusing on 2025 and assuming a 50% growth on earnings YoY which is a optimistic, and a lowering PE as the industry and company matures to 130 levels.
Very eager to see this company evolve. What price do you see Tesla trading at in 2025?
